With the application of Open APIs, i-doc can readily integrate with the legacy applications like SAP, Oracle, etc. This protects the client's investment as the client does not need to purchase new applications to meet business requirements, which is a major business benefit and a great boost to ROI.

Workflow & Business Process

Helps create customized workflows through a dynamic process designer and design simple or complex forms than can connect with the business, without any coding experience at all.

Draw BPMN 2.0 workflows with swim-lanes and import BPMN workflows from other applications.

AI-based Fuzzy Logic Search

The AI-based Fuzzy Logic Search can find all the desired documents even if the input text criteria for search has misspelt or wrongly spelt word(s), or there are operator errors and OCR inaccuracy. It is capable of searching content within content, metadata and HTML.

The Fuzzy Logic Search works like a charm even when used simultaneously for two or more languages.

Security & Control

In addition to conventional user login based security, i-doc Pro provides the access controls on various actions made by the users on the document such as Upload, Download, Edit, Delete and Sharing. All of these actions can be made permission-based from the Super User level to assure that there are no unauthorized changes.

Business Analytics

Visualization of critical business parameters utilizing analytical charts giving insights for decision making. The USP of i-doc is that the corresponding data with a link to the associated document are displayed on the same page.

The integrated data analytics module allows for responsive and interactive data dash-boarding, creating and applying visual data filters.

Multiple Methods of Deployment

i-doc Pro can be deployed On Premises, On Cloud or also Hybrid. These methods of deployment are designed to best suit the client's requirement and size.
While On Premises method suits clients with an IT infrastructure and capable support system, On Cloud method suits small and medium organization with inadequate IT infrastructure and Hybrid method is best suited for clients with content and data that are highly confidential.
