All documents are created as they have a have a set of purposes to solve. They move from one employee to another to offer information and data. This is called the life-cycle of the document. In i-doc the lifecycle of the document can be determined with the help of dynamic workflow creation.
The path of the document is defined in such a way that it would include the concerned departments, the related tasks on that document pertained to each department and then finally archival of the document for future retrieval.
