  • What is meant by Pre-Sales support?

    The first step in the pre-Sales process is to define your needs and write an RFP. Tasked to help, the Pre-Sales team can answer technical questions, offer domain expertise, and help you fine-tune requirements.

    You will be better positioned to write an effective RFP, and more likely to define requirements accurately the first time around. In case your requirement demands some customization of our software, the Pre-Sales team would analyze your requirement for customization, develop a POC and showcase the POC to your technical team within a stipulated period.

    The next step in the pre-sales process is to ‘try before you buy’. Depending upon your needs and project size, we offer ‘try before you buy options’.

    First: Product Demo – for hands on experience with i-doc, give us a call and our team will arrange a one-on-one demonstration of the product. Our experts will walk you through a live, online demo from the comfort of your office.

    Second: Feel the Product – for a working look at i-doc, we enable some organizations by offering a pre-purchase exercise. This allows you to get an up close look at the value of our software, our team, and our project management skills.

  • We have a medium sized organization, and having multiple offices and mobile workforce, what deployment model will fit us?
    You may consider deploying over a private or public cloud. Your data will be kept secured and will be available from any place of the world. It will be very easy for mobile workforce to use i-doc. Please note, i-doc is a server side application and does not require any client side installation and can work over most popular browsers like Safari, Firefox and Chrome irrespective of the operating system of the computer used.
  • Will we be charged for Pre-Sales support?
    No. Generally we do not charge anything for Pre-Sales support.
  • Whom should I contact if I want to have Pre-sales support?
    Pre-Sales support takes place automatically while our sales people are engaged with you handling your requirement. There is no additional request are to be made.
